为深入推进人工智能与护理学科的交叉融合，助力护理事业高质量发展，由山东第二医科大学主办的“人工智能与护理学术会议暨研究生创新论坛”拟于2025年12月13日-14日在美丽的世界“风筝之都”潍坊隆重举行。本次大会将邀请来自美国、英国、新加坡、德国、韩国、日本等国内外护理学科及相关领域的知名专家学者作学术报告，聚焦护理教育与护理科研热点，探讨学科交叉融合与未来发展，共同推动护理学科迈向新征程。我们诚挚邀请广大海内外护理同仁积极参会，共襄盛会!

To further promote the interdisciplinary integration of artificial intelligence and nursing,  and to facilitate the high-quality development of the nursing profession, Shandong Second Medical University will host the Artificial Intelligence and Nursing Academic Conference & Graduate Innovation Forum in Weifang, the beautiful world “Capital of Kites”, from December 13 to 14, 2025. The conference will invite renowned experts and scholars from the United States, the United Kingdom, Singapore, German, Korea, Japan and other countries and regions to deliver academic report. The focus will be on hot topics in nursing education and research, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the future development of nursing. We warmly welcome nursing professionals worldwide to submit abstracts and join us in this grand academic event!

  （二）会议缴费

Conference Payment

境内代表800元（人民币），学生300元（人民币）（上传学生证或学校开具的在校生证明）；境外代表100美元（US），学生40美元（US）。12月13日-14日会议期间，参会人员食宿统一安排，住宿、交通费用回单位报销。

请参会人员使用微信或支付宝扫描下方二维码，完成会议缴费。大会提供电子发票，缴费同时登记发票相关信息。发票将于会后统一开具，邮箱发送。

The registration fee is 800 RMB for domestic participants and 300 RMB for domestic students (student ID card or official enrollment certificate required). For international participants, the fee is 100 USD, and 40 USD for international students.

During the conference (December 13-14), accommodation and meals will be arranged uniformly. Accommodation and transportation expenses may be reimbursed by participants’ institutions. Please use WeChat or Alipay to scan the QR code below to complete the payment. An electronic invoice will be provided; please fill in the invoice information when making the payment. All invoices will be issued collectively after the conference and sent via email.

六、酒店预订

Hotel Reservation

潍坊富华大酒店B座（会务组将根据注册信息统一预定酒店住宿，参会个人不需要自行预定酒店）。

Building B, Weifang Fuhua Hotel has been reserved by the conference committee. The organizing committee will arrange hotel accommodations based on your registration details; attendees do not need to book individually.

七、会场往返交通

Transportation Between Hotel and Venue

会期12月13日-14日，会务组将安排车辆往返接送在酒店住宿的参会嘉宾。

For attendees staying at the reserved hotel during the conference period (December 13th - 14th), the organizing committee will provide scheduled shuttle service between the hotel and the conference venue.

本次会议设置征文，一经录用（口头交流、电子壁报交流），将收录在电子论文汇编中，并通知作者到会进行学术交流。征文通知详见附件1。

如报名缴费后，因故无法参加会议，请务必于12月5日前与会务组联系，逾期恕不受理。

This conference features a Call for Abstracts/Papers. Accepted submissions (for oral presentations, e-poster presentations) will be included in the electronic conference compilation. Authors will be notified to attend the conference for academic exchange. Please see Attachment 1 for the detailed Call for Abstracts/Papers.

Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend after registration and payment, you must contact the organizing committee no later than December 5th. Requests received after this date cannot be accommodated.
